ABOUT THE ART | 12.5" x 12.5"
Featuring a collection of classic fishing tackle and packages from the 1930s through 1950s. Many of the fishing lure patterns patented during the era or before survive today. However, today we often buy our gear in plastic blister packs that rarely survive beyond the store shelf. Packages from bygone eras were classic examples of form meeting function. Boxes and containers were often held onto for many years and became part of the anglers kit.
Individually printed to order on heavy, satin photo paper using a large format, 9-colour ink process. Museum-quality (Giclée) inks and paper guaranteed not to fade or yellow for 200 years
